  • Base: 1 gallon

  • Green Tea: 8 bags
Optional
  • Honey: 1/4 cup
Directions
  • Steep tea bags for 5 minutes
  • Dissolve honey in hot tea
  • Chill and keg for 48 hours under 15psi of CO2

Flavorings
  • Black Tea: 4 bags
  • Sugar: 1 cup
Active
  • Kombucha SCOBY: 1 puck
Optional
  • Sugar: 1/4 cup
Directions
  • Steep tea bags for 5 minutes
  • Cool tea to room temperature
  • Add SCOBY to tea
  • Ferment for 7 days at room temperature in a dark place
  • Bottle: Add optional sugar for secondary carbonation
  • Keg: Chill and keg
